Soccer Warm Up #2


Velocity Sports Performance Dublin and Dan Diodati have teamed up to present a comprehensive Speed, Power, and Agility player development program for all soccer players ages 8-18. This three week training program will consist of TWO per week, 1 hour trainingsĀ  which will be held on Fridays and Sundays. The training will be done at Velocity Sports Performance in Dublin and off site location if necessary. This program will prepare your player for the upcoming soccer tryouts. The goal is to make each soccer player stronger, quicker, faster and unbelievably fit. The cost of this program will be $100 per player for 6 hours of training. ($16 per session) Please arrive 20 minutes prior to training for warm up. No Cleats.

Dates for Camp:

Friday; March 12, 19, 26

  • 5-6pm (Ages 8-12)
  • 6-7pm (Ages 12+)

Sunday; March 14, 21, 28

  • 5-6pm (Ages 8-12)
  • 6-7pm (Ages 12+)

  • Change of Speed & Direction
  • Jump Training
  • Cardiovascular Obstacle
