Position: Sports Performance Coach
Biography:
Steven comes to Velocity Sports Performance Dublin from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. He is on track to graduate in spring 2009 with a B.A. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health and Human Performance in addition to a minor in Business. He currently plays for the St. Mary’s men’s club volleyball team as an outside hitter and middle blocker while being Captain and President of the team. Last year, the St. Mary’s men’s club volleyball team placed 9th at Nationals.
Steven graduated from College Park High School in 2005. Throughout his high school career Steven played basketball, being voted MVP his senior year, volleyball, and baseball, lettering in all sports. Steven also ran cross country at College Park winning NCS consecutively his sophomore and junior year. The team was ranked number one in the state his junior year. Steven has coached the freshman girls volleyball team at Acalanes High School and is an active coach for NorCal Volleyball Club.
