Position: Front Desk Manager
Biography:
Stephanie has been working as the Front Desk Manager since the end of 2006 and loved the connection with parents and young athletes. She feels that she learned so much from all the coaches at Velocity and has a high respect for their knowledge and work. Originally from France, she graduated in French Literature with a minor in Child Psychology in 1996. In 1997, she came to the USA as an Au Pair and worked for the same family for over 12 years. While working, she continued her education and earned a degree in Early Childhood Education at DVC. She also earned a degree in Medical Terminology and Medical Billing and Coding. As a mother of two boys, she stays very involved with all type of sports, but baseball is closet to her and her boys’ hearts!
Stephanie believes in Customer Service and will try her hardest to satisfy our Velocity members.
