Dan comes to Velocity Sports Performance Dublin from the University of Hayward, where he graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education of Kinesiology, with the emphasis on Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. While attending Hayward Dan was a 2 sport athlete in baseball and soccer. Dan started his work in the sports performance field in 1988 with Schoebers athletic club in San Francisco Ca. Dan started as a floor trainer and transferred over to the Pleasanton Schoebers in 1990 with a promotion to a Fitness Director, in charge of team building, 1 on 1 personal training, and fitness assesment.

Dan is also a certified professional Racquetball instructor through AMPRO. In 1999 Dan left Schoebers Athletic Club to start NST Fitness a mobile personal training fitness company, that brings the complete gym to you house or work. He has also been involved with San Ramon Soccer as the strength and conditioning coordinator and competitive/premier level soccer coach since 2000. He has also been involved with California High School as the Asst. Varsity soccer coach since 2005. Dan’s training philosophy is simple we don’t make the athletes we just work smart to make them better. Dan will bring a positive attitude, extraordinary work ethic and high energy and enthusiasm to Velocity with the goal to make the athletes better, and the parents happy.
