Ladies Bootcamp

Whatever your goals are, this female only boot camp will jump start your fitness program and help motivate you.

This specially-designed fitness program energizes, encourages and lifts you up and doesn’t knock you down. An experienced team of sports performance coaches work with you in a state-of-the-art sports facility.

They help you achieve your goals and reach a whole new level of health and fitness by incorporating cardio and strength training – in as little as one hour a day! You’re going to love how our program makes you feel and the results you’ll gain.

To help you reach your goals even faster, nutrition coaching is also available on-site.

  • 15 Woman Only Sessions
  • Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays
  • Two Class Times
    • 10am – 11am
    • 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Cost: $197 ($13.13 per session)
